Torrents aren't illegal.
It depends on the content of the torrent.
And even if its a game its still not illegal only a crack or something like that is illegal.

Wrong. No-CD Fixes are legit. And that's pretty much what you call a crack these days. what's illegal is mostly the things they are used for. WAREZ games. If you own a game and don't want to use the CD to run it, then its your freedom to install a crack for it or not.
it's the same as for torrents. it's not illegal. Its just used for it ^^
