Hi I can't connect to 173.216.211.210 when its awaiting connection it writes "this server (I don't remember what) protocol version 75.
PLEASE HELP ME OUT TELL ME WHAT IS THAT PROTOCOL VERSION 75. AND TELL ME THE answer TO MY PROBLEM

okay, I think I know what your problem is.
I THINK that server at the time was running the teambuild version of the game (which uses protocol 75) for testing or something. I'm not 100% sure why.
best thing to do is wait until the guy hosting it puts it back to normal. anyone can correct me if I'm wrong

yeah thanks astro I already know some info about it(but not that what you know... I think). I think its because of the server creator or something like that, they're testing the server if its okay. When that guy was not into the server, I could enter it but the problem was, my kamehameha was blasted at the beginning of my entering game  when I spec it doesn't do that but ofter spec it's the same thing again. When I change my character to anyone else the blast changes but the strugle is the same. CORRECT THIS ONE TO 173.216.211.210
