Zeq2lite has a feature(from revision 1536 and onwards) where character's textures can change with damage taken.
You might be wondering how you can utilize this for your own addons.
Well, here's a tutorial I have devised for you:
1.First you should make damaged alternatives of character's textures and save them in their folder.
You can make at most 9 different stages.
2.Go to your character's tier folder.
3.Create a .skin file called default_percent(Number at what percent of hp you want it to appear limited only to 10%,20%,30%,40%,50%,60%,70%,80%,90%)
4.
5.Go to the scripts folder and open up your character's shader.
6.

Just a note, there's currently support for up to 10 stages (counting by 10s). Therefore, you can only have percent values of 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80, or 90.
If you have some values missing, the closest (rounded up) skin file will be used. Additionally, custom damaged model swaps are supported (but untested).

I'm curious about the model swaps, personally, even if it is untested.
