Personally I think the best Jinchuurki character design is Han , Roshi , fun and KiraBee.
And the best Bijuu design is Gobi , Nibi and Hachibi.

Yes but he let's them have their conscience since some characters can mind abuse other people like Dan has been revived and Kabuto can use him to make his lover Tsunade not fight and Asuma since he has been revived too can fight against his students.
But characters like Sasori and Shin had their souls free by their friends.
And Hanzo of the Salamander stabbed himself to the scar where he has poison so Mifune could capture him quickly.
