haha I don't think you can get it that low. Also he most have done something to it otherwise he wouldn't post it as one of his projects.
This seriously competes with najeeb's rainbow Piccolo for worst edit ever.

I actually like Budokai 1 graphics better. It gives a really cartoony feel unlike Raging Blast that just looks fancy 3D.

Budokkai number one may have had bad graphics(year it came out) but the cutscenes were the MOST like the anime it was like watching the series in a story mode
