For any of you fanatical enthusiastic young children out there he exists now, Trunk Super Saiyan 3
He was created for the new arcade card game in japan, Dragonball Heroes.

Yeah the design isn't even that good. It's just Super Saiyan 3 Goku with a thin strand of hair in the front. I only liked Vegeta's Super Saiyan 3 since it's at least plausible he would have achieved it.

I think some of these majins look kind of cool.
