*laughing out loud* I know I sound strange but hear me out

first of all Super Saiyan 3 is too strong compared to any other character even Vegeta Ultimate Super Saiyan

Goku Super Saiyan 3 is of the Buu saga so its like you put random stuff in the beta

there should be till only Goku Super Saiyan 2 so Goku and Vegeta can fight equally

and why is Goku Super Saiyan 3 in the beta anyway you could have kept him as an addon like cell

there are a lot more reasons but I can't remember right now

just moving takes a lot of energy for Super Saiyan 3 because of the power and in the anime the power was felt everywhere so until there's a kid Buu or Janemba or others not many can contend

well I can say only 1 thing, I play with Vegeta mostly, and I can kill Super Saiyan 3 Goku witout a problem, it's just the numbers, and the looks, and he's twice as fast, but still Super Saiyan 3 power doesn't last long, and it's not that hard to kill Super Saiyan 3, I even killed a few of them while in normal mode not even with full power...

Vegeta can stand a chance against Goku Super Saiyan 3, the ki draining is just ridiculous, Goku can't go insane, if he does, Vegeta will be able to possess him easily because of the ki loss.

First of all, you can't decide what is an addon by looking at how strong the character is. Addons are characters, that are great quality, but are not ZEQ2Lite quality.
Secondly, Super Saiyan 3 Goku SHOULD be ingame. There is no reason why he shouldn't. Vegeta CAN kill him even in his Super Saiyan 1 form. Remember, Vegeta's long Final Flash is a force to be reckoned with.
Thirdly, when the new big update is out, you will not be able to reach Super Saiyan 3 in mere minutes. It will take you approximately 45 minutes of playing (NOT OVERPOWERING but playing).

that Goku Super Saiyan 3 being an addon is just a suggestion

I know Vegeta final flash is strong but in mêlée Vegeta Super Saiyan 2 gets possessed by Goku Super Saiyan 3

Well, if you really think about it, Super Saiyan 3 Goku would finish off Vegeta in a matter of seconds in the anime right? Super Saiyan 3 Goku stood his ground against Kid Buu, as for Vegeta Super Saiyan 2 couldn't even lay a hand on Buu. He was defeated in a matter of seconds every time he got up. So that tells us that Super Saiyan 3 Goku would do if not the same, then something similar.
