You really need to work on your polyflow. Not any line flows over, it's all angular. Also learn to manage your polies better, for instance the chest. What you did there only needs 1 polygon yet you have several wasted columns of polies going through the whole body.
It indeed looks flat, especially on the arms.
Also, with all these headless models that you are showing now, you're making it all the more obvious that you can't model heads and did in fact rip that Goku head model.
