Can Anyone give me a method to convert the pk3 files to bsp files ?

pk3 = zip
It's just the .zip format (compressed archive) renamed as pk3. BSP, on the other hand, is a binary map type for the map itself with brushes, pre-calculated visibility, lightmaps, collisions, etc.
You can also get your favorite zip program and add a bsp to it without much fuss though. All you need to know is how to create and manage zip files.

Yep,I want to know it as well,for it's discomforting to write command in console so as to change the map from quake3 Dragon Ball...
I need to have them build on like this Raditz map.
How to do that??><

Make sure a levelshot image exists for the map (Something like map/<mapname>.jpg) and that the map is added to the map/maps.arena file. You can open it in a text editor.
