Just open the ZEQ2Dedicated.bat file. That is your server. After that go to http://whatsmyip.net and connect via that. Other people must connect either via server browser, or by the IP. (Personally, I prefer the IP way, much more accurate).

okay this might be offtopic I went to the link copied to clipboard used dedicatedzeq2.bat and it says "opening ip socket: 0.0.0.0:27960" PLEASE don't get mad I'm an uninformed participator when it comes to this
