I was hoping a developer or a moddelor would see this
I was wonderong if you(developer or modeler)
can make two transformations for Piccolo
for when he merged with nail
and the other for when he merged with kami
when he merged with nal I think he should have destructo wave(Should be about the same size as a kame but yellow)this should be one handed
and when he merged with kami he should have yellow lightning surrounding him and demon wave(Size of final flash with lightning around it)This should also be one handed
and nooo laser eyes(they are lacking)
and there's a guy named Piccolo that said there is a caped Piccolo
anf that he can make him better looking
If possible can put this in the stable version
and also this is just a suggestion pllz don't be to harsh
I found out who started on already
its anty I don't know if he finished him but if possible
if he could give it to another person or finish it himself

Nice idea. And Piccolo transformation will be good I guess because people mostly select Goku and Vegeta because of their Super Saiyan transformation. If Piccolo gets transformation too, then they will get equal.

The main tranformation I would like to see is Caped Piccolo and uncaped Piccolo.
I think his powers are fine but he's missing one of his trademark moves which is his laser eyes.
They can be like Friezas death finger except it does less damage and is for stunning. (like when Gohan got zapped by Piccolo)

Zay, are you crazy ?!?! Piccolo would never be as fast as Goku in his Super Saiyan 3 form, maybe a little bit less than Super Saiyan 2

Technically, Piccolo having any form of transformation could be set up without any modeling or animation changes to the current character model, since appearance wise, he always stayed the same.
All you would need to do is set up multiple tiers, and limit certain attacks to only become available at certain tier levels.
Although, it could be possible to make his base tier setup to have him with his cape and turban, and have him "lose" the weighted clothing at higher tiers. That would require locking his lowest tier out so he can't revert back to the first tier once leaving it, which I can't recall if it was ever fixed.(Was suppose to be used for certain transformations that didn't revert downwards, such as Frieza's or Cell's various forms, if I recall correctly. I know it use to not work in Public Beta 1, I just can't remember if it was fixed in the SVN version)
Oh, and I do have a semi-functional Caped Piccolo(pretty much just applied the normal Piccolo animations to the SVN's caped variation), with all the attacks that Un-Caped Piccolo has. The only issue is that the cape isn't fully animated, and the torso tag doesn't line up correctly between the upper and lower.(Both issues caused because I set it up hastily months ago, January or February I think, using the caped version's upper on the non-caped version's lower, and never went back to clean it up...) The thing is, since I never finished it, I never bothered to upload it to the SVN...
I'll see about maybe making some tweaks to it, and possibly committing it to the SVN, if folks really want it...

I see no point uploading it to the svn if the cape isn't even animated. Weren't there a couple guys trying to animate that cape?

I wasn't aware that there was a semi functional caped Piccolo Shenku. If that's the case, we could and should easily create the transformation. 1: 99% is Goku and Vegeta thanks to their transformations indeed. 2: Piccolo indeed never had any real shape shifts so losing his turban and cape would work perfectly. 3: I think we should restrict scatter shot until he transforms, and perhaps speed up his special beam cannon when he is transformed, since early Piccolo had to charge it forever, but in the Cell saga he did it in 5 seconds. of course it shouldn't be 1 hit ko then. And there was indeed a line you could add in the tier config to avoid having him transform back: tierPermanent True.
I think we can easily pull this one off and get it into svn if the caped one is working. (although a proper animation would be nice to see Piccolo get rid of his cape and turban instead of it just disappearing). But not necessarely though.

Well, it is animated, and it isn't. It's animated enough to follow the base animations, it just isn't animated realisticly. I.E. The cape doesn't flap or shift correctly as Piccolo moves around. It's not bad for screenshots, it's just stiff when watching it in actual gameplay.
And if I upload it, I'd finish up the cape animations first, and throw the modified 3DS Max file up for others to tinker with for any future changes.
