I took out a foilder from "cgaracters" section and put it to my flash drive to edit it on the go, but when I put it back, it not a green check anymore, its red, how cAN I fix this problem???

You don't need to. That means that folder has been tampered with, and don't worry about that, that's normal when you edit something.
