Good job so far.  Some critiques though 
1) Make the arms bigger. If he is Super Saiyan 3 then he should have A LOT of muscles.
2) ... can't think of anything else for now *intense laughter*

Their needs to be hair at the sides of his head, he has hair going back but none by his ears...you know those short sideburns...

you did a nice edit , welldone , but the arms are rather of a Super Saiyan 4 and fatty rather than firm and muscular , in Super Saiyan 3 , the arm does not get as buff as a Super Saiyan 4 but gets more details in it , the muscles tone up perfectly

arms still seem like normal plain round objects , textures can definetly cover up the details but , modeling some of them won't hurt ,

I don't liked at all, I don't liked that sh11t of Super Saiyan 3 other characters, just in Goku and Gotenks, anyway is just an opinion... and I have one question for you... why you don't try to put him ingame?... or you want to make just poses for wallpapers or something like that?...

Super Saiyan 3 Trunks is not for everyone, I was just messing around with him, I don't know how to put characters in-game bc I just joined, and I'm also currently working on a project with Laguna|DaGGeR so I don't have time at the momment for Super Saiyan 3 trinks or Brolly x characters. when I improve with my work, you'll see allot

good, all I want to see from you is rigg the normal characters and after that if you want to put a Super Saiyan 5125466 you can do it but... first you need work in the normal characters...

well... almost all the characters from the SVN are rigged, all you need is add the .bip and export them in .md3, anyway is a cool idea TRL but... one I can't see anything in 3ds max and two I work much better in frame per frame animations so... could be better if... Ben18bk rigs Then Zielan exports and Jason (me) work in the animations, I hear this guy is very good in the animations in Misfit Model 3D hahaha...
