I found this when I randomly typed in zeq2lite into google images.
A guy who's making a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles mod on quake 3 and is thanking ZEQ2 for showing him how to use celshading.

And then Zeq2lite Extreme. Seems to be a whole Spanish community that already has a beta 2.0!

I knew about this ZEQ2Extreme since, I don't know, a lot of months ago (it was 1.0 WOAH!). It's a page made by Norman999 and they only post paint edited characters, existing addons (most of the times with no credits, whoever posted it takes all the merit :/) and multipost a lot.
EDIT: I looked for ZEQ2-related sites. There are a looooot of Spanish pages, most of them from South America, ZEQ2Extreme, for example, is from Argentina.

Ah I know about ZEQ2Lite Extreme. That's Norman999's community. It's quite good actually, but since I do not know Spanish, I can't actually see what he is writing. And that TMNT looks interesting, I am going to follow it around a bit.

If you're going to say there's more people in the world who speak Spanish, you're just in denial. 
I actually wonder what other communities are out there. But yeah Spanish speaking ones are pretty normal since there are so many of them.

their so called beta 2 consists of addons from this community mostly , by anty and the others

As for Krillin, doesn't look that good to be honest. If they properly scaled down the Goku model, changed some proportions, and heavily fixed the head, it wouldn't look as bad.
