Guys can anyone explain me how to create a main and with what progam is it the best to create?

You mean a "Main Menu"? Sure, there are plenty of programs you can use to create one (We ARE talking about the background, right?). I use GIMP, since it is much better than the default Microsoft Paint program, and it's free to boot.

Ah. I hope someone can help, I don't know anything about pictures with multiple layers. At least I think that is what they are...

You can use Photoshop, Paint.NET or GIMP..
Basically you can use any image editor there is..
If you want to place the "health meter" somewhere else you have to edit the ZEQ2 Lite Source..
This is done in the coding language "C"..
For this do a search on google for Visual Studio explanations/tutorials, or better even, look for an E-Book

Just go here:

Download and install Paint.NET
Open the file from ZEQ2 in Paint.NET and make something nice!
Just try some things first, and then we can help you do more stuff
You can copy a Raging Blast screenshot and try to make it look like that Come on you can do it
