1) Its unrealistic to the point that the tank has no resemblence to a tank at all

Because the people behind WOT took the time to get accurate statistics for the tanks they have in the game not to mention the whole movement and tank tactics in that game are a lot more realistic than the thing you posted.

I watched the videos on their site. And that is not even a tank game.

For crying out loud those things are jumping round like soccer balls. They are supposed to be 20+ ton heavy vehicles.
