Finally, some new pages . All character traits are being totally taken into account I see... It really does make a difference.

Yes... Goku is always getting others to safety while he is stuck fighting alone... well, not always alone, but you get the idea. He doesn't like to see others suffer because of him.

The sad part is that Vegeta is a lot weaker than Trunks at that time, why is he letting him owning them?

He isn't owning anyone. Neither Goku or Trunks have even tried to fight back, all they did was dodge it.

Something tells me Trunks' presence here in this timeline screwed up events, and Trunks will be forced to intervene on Goku's behalf to keep Vegeta from defeating and/or killing him...
And Since Nappa is still alive, and Vegeta and Goku are already fighting each other, that leaves no one to prevent Nappa from killing the others except Trunks as well... Should prove interesting regardless.

lacking Trunks just effed up the whole timeline. This is a disaster. Goku will never turn Super Saiyan now.

Would be a lot better if they had the speed of Dragon Ball Multiverse.

In what way would that be any better? By rushing and releasing poorly made plots and dialogues like multiverse does at times?... I think selphiesk is doing a great job by taking his/her time and it is definitely showing better character structure than DBM already. Speed would be nice, but I'm guessing it's out of the author's reach if they're working alone. Besides, it greatly sacrifices accuracy. DBM seems more dedicated to fans, in turn, sacrificing accuracy...
It also seems like selphiesk is doing this entirely by his/herself. If so, that would explain the page release speed.

It's a her.
Also even for DBM, Gogeta jr. does all the drawing work alone for the official manga. The specials are ment to give him some breathing room, extend his deadlines.
But the level of DBM is already more like the commercial comic world. I don't think Salagir and Gogeta jr have other jobs which keep them busy. They are actively trying to get into the business. There is also a fantasy comic they are both working together on.

I don't know about that. Roger used to draw mangas back in the past at a rate of about 4-5 pages in just a few hours -- from concept to story to completion with equatable detailing. One page every couple days is nowhere near the speed of full-time industry level production.

Well the drawing isn't been done real time. You can't be sure how much a head of schedule he really is. Also he got that other comic he's working on. I don't know what the release schedule is of that one, but let's say it's the same. That doubles the amount of pages per week. Even if it's only 8 per week that's insane.
Toriyama did no more than 18 pages per week and he was one overworked son of a puppy.
As to my experience 4-5 in a couple of hours is improbable. It's even a max for a per day basis I'd say. Who's this Roger fella?

Hello everyone. (the real Roger here!)
Been doing comics ever since I've been in junior high.
It's actually much easier than one thinks to produce
multiple panels within a few hours (even less if you
are skilled enough).
Ultimately, it depends on the style, the method, and
what elements you want to incorporate into a comic.
For example, I can draw characters without the need
of models. That sets me apart from several of my artist
friends and allows me to draw much faster than them,
but roughly in the same/better quality.
I know several folks who like to ink, then scan, then
use graphic programs to do things like shading,
gradients, and text. This can add onto the time- but
not by much if you have a strong studio to work with,
or a nice setup in which to draw in.
Most artists have a special template they work with.
For example, Akira Toriyama's work looks roughly the
same with most of his projects. And many artists do
the same. After so many years, a good artist can
cook up a character in SECONDS (fully clothed,
posing, even shaded) simply because they have been
drawing that model for years.
Hope this sheds some light on the issue. Comics come
in all different forms and kinds- so some will
obviously take longer than others. But it's not
improbable to be speedy.

Wow. Vegeta never intervened this much in the anime, he actually didn't at all. I guess this is what Trunks coming back this early is causing.

My guess is that Vegeta is concerned about how strong Trunks might be with how effortlessly he thwarted Nappa's attack despite his powerlevel showing as only 5, in addition to the fact that Goku's powerlevel is so much higher than he had expected. Remember, Goku was suppose to be weaker than Raditz when he died, so to pose a challenge to Vegeta when he was wished back to life is a worrisome thing, especially if there's a new player in the game who's at least as strong as Nappa(as far as Vegeta is aware, since Trunks is very effectively suppressing his power). Those two factors combined, it's understandable as to why Vegeta might be hesitant to just sit back and watch like before.
