While I know I want more variety in players, there are some SVN vintage models of at least one of those characters. Maybe you can learn how to develop them further; it shouldn't be too hard, if you're willing to be patient with them.

There's an Android 18 model in the SVN that I don't think has been touched by anyone yet. All it would need really, is rigging, tagging, and animations...
Bulma would not at all make sense as a playable character...
There is a ChiChi that I was working on, but it is still on an indefinite hold due to lack of time to work on it... I may be talked into trying to crank her out real fast over Thanksgiving break like I did with Videl back in October if folks really wish to see ChiChi added...

I won't recommend you rush it, but I would very much like to see her in-game. She must be the only one who could beat Goku!
