well I would say freezer is the most evil..cos...he did not care about anyone ..kid Buu...he was evil but he wanted to kill all lifeforms...that's all...he was a machine...and cell got all what he had from others..so he was a more of a copy...I say freezer was ruthless...he made you trust him and killed all your familly and you to or made you suffer...majin Vegeta evil?? don't make me laugh...his pride was to big...that's all....so in my opinion freezer was the most excellent villain..and all he knew...he did learn it by himself not like cell or others who were born/created strong...and also freezer was more original/uniqe(unless you count cooler) then the rest
there would be Brolly and cooler to...Brolly...like Vegeta ..he had an issue with Goku and was a killing machine...cooler...revenge?...he was after all made after freezer and as a resemblence...so its more problem a copy...so its freezer for me who it's the favorite villain...but kid Buu was the strongest I suppose

No, Vegeta wanted to be evil like he was before. If you watch the episodes where he explains to Goku that he wanted the evil in his heat to be re-released once more so he could a ruthless warrior unlike the soft and caring man he became. If you had watched those, you would understand where I'm coming from. Vegeta wins.

Correct.. Goku even convinced Vegeta that what he was saying was Bread and Spaghetti *laughing out loud*. Anyways enough of that saga Dragon Ball Z should have ended at the frieza saga with Goku dying as the true legendary Super Saiyan after avenging his people. Cell saga and Buu saga fail.

Are you kidding? frieza saga was more like a soap opera season 
Cell saga and Buu saga are the only seasons that made it what it is till date.

WTFFF???? Frieza saga was the best Dragon Ball Z saga(because Goku is the legendary Super Saiyan), cell was very good(but everybody turned Super Saiyan: Gohan, Vegeta, Trunks, Yamucha...) and Buu was okay but nothing extraordinary(Super Saiyan 3 was too much levels), and GT was... I couldn't find words for describe this awesome stuff**t

hands down its obviously kid Buu he almost killed the planet Goku won by luck and if Goku died or whatever Vegeta would have died and the whole planet would be destroyed rather then kid Buu Brolly of course
