Hi,
I've managed to make a working lift that moves between 4 floors. By using buttons placed at the 4 entrances (1 button per floor), I can call the lift to the floor I want.
Now once I'm inside the lift, to get the lift to another floor I have to press 1 of 4 buttons (all inside the lift well) depending on the floor I wish to got to.
But the space in the lift well is limited, so I wonder if its possible to make two context sensitive buttons, one to go up and the other to go down.
for example. if the lift is on floor 1, pressing the up button once should bring it to floor 2. Pressing it again should take it to floor 3 and so on.
The down button would work in reverse, and if the ground floor is reached, it should not function.
How do I go about making this work?

I can tell by the amount of questions you need, that this is going to be one of the best maps on ZEQ2-Lite no doubt. I wish I knew these commands so I could help with this project though.... Ultimately, your curiosity will be your strength for years to come.
Off-Topic, yes, uninformative, yes

Thanks for the compliment!
A multibutton setup to move lifts between floors should be fine I think, unless there are lots of floors (which is the case in one lift)
I might have to place a linking floor,
ie - you can go from ground floor to 4th floor and from 4th floor to 6th floor, but you can't go from ground floor to 6th floor directly, and vice versa.
I am curious (like a cat) though I hope it doesn't kill me
