Some say it's no longer being continued, some say it's fan-made, and some say it's a trading card game.
From the looks of it, it's a re-animation of Dragon Ball Z. No, it's not Kai. Kai vacuums.
If it's fan made, I'd like to see more even if it isn't official. It looks amazing.

I wonder if it will become a full anime though.... It already spans through most of the epic moments in the anime so far.

I don't mind if it's fan made. If it's fake, then fake them all. Kai was a huge disappointment and maybe this could be better.

The couple of cutscenens in ultimate tenkaichi could be made because they are only a couple. It's another amount of work if you want to remake an entire series. Which is a waste of money if you ask me.

Re-making Dragon Ball Z in that quality would be great for this generation and they would make great money off of it. This generation has crappy cartoons.

Honestly...I like how the older animators did it, like Seigasha, I wish Seigasha did every episode.
Some examples of the good Animation Studios for Dragon Ball Z. Seigasha is my favorite as you can tell I can't stop stressing it. SEIGASHA SEIGASHA SEIGASHA....out of my system now.

Yes.... I've also noticed the seperate artists. My favorite has always been Yamamuro. His style had an affinity for perfect proportions and broad shoulders(sometimes too broad), but most importantly Super Saiyan 2 Gohan and Vegeta.  . He's actually who I base my pictures off of to this day... His style made the characters appear almost African American
