I don't know 
Every time you request,some will say learn how to make them...
And when you say how,they'll say check the learning forum...
When you say can't find,they'll say google it...
And I will say find tutorial of how to make characters 
EDIT- Maybe someone can help,I wanna help but I can only edit not make..And if you request from AKT,they'll only make character from the sagas...They will not make not exist character

Yes first check the learning forum,then try to do something yourself and post,then you will get comments about what is good,what you should fix.And of course there is IRC which no one who wants help visits.you can find help there as well
