The new aspirant may fight with any current team member and if that team member approves and recommends him then he joins TKN

Chained Improvement Strategy
According to this.. The strongest player teaches less strong, less strong teaches someone lesser strong and so on.
Thus everyone is linked and everyone gets better and better
for example:Gee (strongest) does not have to teach everything he just has to impart some good moves knowledge and get the second best to par. viz GokuSSJ3
Similarly GokuSSJ3 will teach someone else. And will help that person to become stronger.. So Gee is GokuSSJ3's partner and GokuSSJ3 is Nimish's partner.

Veto Power

Every TKN member by default gets a "Veto Power" or better said "Power to put to vote"
All Decisions are subject to voting if invoked by an existing TKN member and whatever the majority says holds by.
for example:- If we plan to hold a tournament and if I lay down the rules and some TKN members are not happy with it
He can invoke a vote.
Then it is mandatory for all members of the Clan to vote. And if majority decides that the rules are not proper, the rules will be reworked upon based on a discussion

Well I am a bit busy too, my guinea pig got his nail broken, bleeds a lot. But lets see then, first, about the matches. My suggestion is that someone choses whoever he wants to fight for his first match and they will choose they're time of fight and on which server. I think Nimish can fight Wolverine, they may be about the same power (correct me if I'm wrong please) but if someone wants to fight someone else then you can just wright it on the forums. Also Nimish, I think you or I should create another thread for this clan, this ones filled up .
its sounds like heirarchy. why not have an open training method?
Anyone can train with anybody.
And there isn't lot of differences to make in us all,just some changes here and there.
No,There is no hierarchy .. everyone is equal. And the fights are for estimating who is lacking where and developing an overall improvement and training plan for him.
This official person assigned for you will be stronger than you and he will be responsible for helping you become better.
We have strong players and I believe in them and thus assign them as a Clan this task.
There is no restrictions however for the training.
This will be executed by assigning his training under his to be elected partner who is more stronger than him as per the chained improvement strategy.
