Like Grega said, the BIOS is illegal. The attachment has to be deleted. If someone wants this, they can PM you.

They run slow because there's a lot of data being displayed on screen constantly. My computer ain't that great but it can do at least this much. A 2D fighter works pretty well on PCSX2, like Marvel VS Capcom 2 (this I can run full speed), Budokai 3, Naruto UN (just naming ones I use). Without turbo I can run these at an average 35 FPS, 18-25 lowest, 45-60 highest. PAL games run at 50 FPS at the highest. (Naruto Shippuuden UN5)

While you made a point of insert legal games, you forgot one important thing.
The BIOS.
It falls into the same category as ROMS. If you can get it off your own PlayStation 2 console you have it legaly on your PC, but other wise its illegal.
That aside just curious.
What version of the emulator are you using and what pluggins do you have installed on it?

Why don't you read the name.. 'EmuCR-Pcsx2-r5051"
And if you right, why is PCSX2 website still online?
And DarkPrince_92, not all my games 2D fighting game..and as you can see Mortal Kombat also 2D fighting game but slower than Naruto..PAL games not faster than NTSC games, the difference is the lang.

Yeah not all 2D Fighters run the same. But one's with more data on screen, like Tekken for example is bound to run slower than say Street Fighter (because of how much simpler it is) or something. Other games like RPGs do the worst for me...slow as heck.

The emulator itself is not illegal. But the PlayStation 2 uses a special BIOS software that is copyright protected. And as such you will find it ALL over the pcsx2 website that they will not give you the BIOS with the emulator.
You can legally download the BIOS off your PlayStation 2 game console. it's the same as with ROMs. Its illegal to have ROMs unless you actually own a physical copy of the game and have the ROM as a backup. Same rule applies to the PlayStation 2 BIOS.
Now back to my original topic.
Are you using the standard pluggins that come with the SVN revision or did you download any additional ones.

I don't know, but EmuCR is a website with the best emulators around with multiple download links and extras, I downloaded from that website the latest, so I don't know. Ask the website owner..
Its an official EmuCR release I just modified the settings to the max, plus turbo limiter gave some extra speed.

Anyway I find PCSX2 pretty useful because since my PlayStation 2 controllers are broken I can play any PlayStation 2 game with my xbox pad (Playing PlayStation 2 games on a PC with a Xbox 360 controller, woah *intense laughter*)
