That's it. One more thread like this, and I'll personally lock up every single Clan thread. Some members are already annoyed by clans, and I will take full responsibility for that. So again, here on the forums, we DON'T CARE about clans.

Re opened thread.

Reasons:

1: You do not get to choose which topic you decide to lock without consulting Brad/MDave first. As Brad said:

Also. Locking threads on the ZEQ2-lite forums was SUPPOSED to be a very very very big deal. We locked a total of 1 thread from 2005-2007 and yet on this incarnation of the forums, they are locked down just because someone requests it. That's not how things work around here.

2: I rather suggest a seperate Clan sections so we can move all those posts in there. I agree it gets discomforting now and then, but the same issues apply with tons of other topics/subjects and you don't get just to choose to high five/lock them as well because you get irritated by it.

3: In your defense however, I do think people shouldn't be pasting entire console logs into the forums, at least use a pastie link.

4: Clans have become a part of the game since march. We can't forbid them to exist, and banning or locking every thread about them would be power abuse and taking some people's pleasure on bonding together in a social group.

Edit: I'm not suggesting I support what kind of conversation went in here. I'm talking about the global subject about Clan topics.
