when I try to find a server
it says no servers found
even if I specify "asisdead.no-ip.org" still nothing
I'm using the non-lite version and I'm using the most stable revision which is 1536

Master server is down,so you can't use server browser,hovewer you can connect to servers via server IP
type /connect windows.stealthrider.de:27960 (in console).

Yes,don't know if someone is playing this moment,but its your best shot to play there until master server is back.Then you will be able to search for servers.

Sorry to tell you this but some user called {WS) Gerax kills people randomly whom he calls "uninformed participators" he randomly spams them

Obvious uninformed participator is obvious. You cannot play the non-lite version.

He's probably referring to an addon pack such as "Zeq2revolution" or "Zeq2sparkingmeteor" which hasn't got the "Lite" in the name.
And you are using a very old ip adress, Try to connect to windows.stealthrider.de:27960
So, open console, insert : /connect windows.stealthrider.de:27960
