need more work with the textures..
take more refs or let me do for you...
this A17 model fortunately have also the kamehameha frame and all other moves..
so this can be a good addon.. for GT saga sure the better so far..

I can answer your question.Because every time I make the model from scratch because sometime I make mistake then when I undo,I forgot what I need to do.
If you ask me to make the model it self,I can but maybe animation not.
My friend is kind of busy now,so he can't help me in 3ds max.

UUUmmmm I wanna say that I didn't deleted the scarf and gun for no reason,try charge with this character and you'll see the scarf and gun  .So I think need to work frame by frame but I don't have time
