Well I didn't want to share this but who cares 
so yeah just after I made my upload kings team I started including random guys in the team
link,richma,printes and more
so Zeth kind of pm me this

oh man I was freaking scared after reading that  
so I pm Zeth
"chill dude,I just made the team to help out,it is actually your team,it works for the benifit of forums
it isn't a closed or serious team at all, I just added links name as he uploads stuff
its a team of random uploaders"
thinking Zeth would calm down
than Zeth pm me this
man I was really scared now,I mean who would be after seeing that picture

The truth is, he is not a robot. But an android. You know, he was made by Dr.Gero to create the perfect Dragon Ball Z game. He channels information from all of the internet whenever it is needed. However, we did not listen that much to him due to the fact that he did not have any human-like feelings.
Now he can emulate our emotions, opinions and even humor. What's next?
I already saw him using a smiley. A SMILEY. Now he made a joke. And then continued to make it funnier.
So, there are two explanations. 1: He is an android.
2: Something happened in his life that made him super happy.
