These kinds of links are always going to break. Stop using third-party hosting sites if you want your files to be permanent. I have files I've had online for over 12 years at the same URL that are still perfectly functional. Use your own private shared hosting or a reliable content-applicable site (such as moddb in this case) with a sense of permanence!
