mmm change all main names of the shader of that Goku..
maybe have the same name of others .. so open the shader with note pad change the name..
put the same name in default.skin you can find in the tiers.. tier1 ,2 etc..
gokuhead,(here ..you change the name) goku2head
before was
gokuhead,gokuhead
the main name in the shader is this
(((gokuhead
outlines
nomipmaps
map players/Goku/gokuhead.png
can be also that you have missed the shader..

Do you still have the original archive saved on your hard drive? If so, upload that. If not, compress the "folder" into a ZIP file.
