Hey, I'm building maps and models but I've never actually made a working one for a game before.
I'd appreciate any help I can get answering these questions. I use blender by the way but I just got misfit3d. going to have to learn that program.
1.) How do I know how big my map will turn out when Its finished? I'm afraid I'm going to enter it and find out it's the size of a raisin, or as big as a mountain.
2.) Is there a tutorial specifically for making a character compatible with ZEQ2? I looked in learning forum but saw no tutorial that actually shows you how to make it work in ZEQ2 and how to set it up.
3.) Are my models solid by default? Or is there a way to make them solid? Any way to make them passthru?
I forgot some of my questions but I'll remember as I build.
I already tried searching for these answers with no luck.
Thanks.

I think a clear exportation tutorial has still yet to be made. That would be one of great help to a lot of people I think.

I'm trying to edit a model using misfit 3D. But when I save the model or export it the file is as if I never made any changes. How do I get it to save?

Yup. I covered everything from the tag creation step all the way to setting up the skin and shader files(even if I skimmed the shader part a bit in terms of specifics on what each line does...).
Also updated my "Creating Characters" thread in the learning forum, which is now titled "Exporting Characters Tutorial" instead, and added the link to the first post there for easy access.
Have fun kiddos, and go make something flashy!

Yes, now I am that much more motivated to try modelling out, though I do have a legit copy of 3DS Max, so hopefully the same concepts apply.
