He does have a point though, if you believe all that talk about energy channeling through your body to do something beyond normal physical limitation.
I mean, in asian martial arts, I've heard a lot about that Chi/Ki or whatever it is called in various nations, which is supposed to be the energy that is controlled by the fighter, though I think going so far as to produce fire from your hands is a bit far-fetched.
