A new protest against the recent internet regulation laws and so on.

Basically for 1 month no buying movies, music, games and also no downloading of it as a boycott protest against the people trying to push for such bills.

The official site: http://black-march.com/

And a video that reads some paragraphs from the site for the lazy people out there *intense laughter*

As much as I don't like the American government limiting our internet privacy, I'm getting sick of having to fight such stupidity. Why they propose these terrible alternatives is beyond me, but, to be honest, I don't see the point of fighting stupidity that can never be cured.

Instead of fighting the internet, they should be keeping a close watch on all files uploaded to make sure they do not violate the law. That is easily the most acceptable choice they could make, although it would require more work.

If they truly want to stop plundering booty, and other forms of internet violations, they should be willing to go the extra mile and monitor all the sites they can, and, in the process, provide more job opportunities for the US.

So, yeah, screw this, I'll buy stuff and go to the cinema.

Do you really expect people stop having fun just because some nerds (Anonymous they say) are raging? I doubt this SOPA/PIPA thing is going to be successful anyway.
