My problem with all these new addon packs is that nothing has changed at all. All that I have noticed is a new wallpaper, hud, but no siginigicant change to the overall gameplay engine. An addon pack should include new characters, maps, and game types. What I am seeing in your gamepack now is a new wallpaper and what other addon packs have already achieved gathering old addons and forming them into a pack.
