Could have just deleted your particle folder entirely and then performed an SVN -> Update and it would have gave you a fresh one.

Yeah TRL, I did clean up and it still gave me problems to where I couldn't even do a revision update of the entire ZEQ2 folder.
Zeth, it was like 2 in the morning when I farked it up, I wasn't thinking....
