Download Malwarebytes then download are-Kill.
Run Rkill to paralyze the virus program so it won't close out your antivirus or anything else. Then run MalwareBytes to wipe the virus.

Get rid of it!
It's not that hard to call a computer technician to check out your PC and remove the virus. I do hope you have no progress on that PC, because if it's a virus that has spread throughout your computer, you need to wipe your HDD clean.
Or if it's worse, you may need to buy new PC components, depending on the source(s) of the problem.

You can use DJOsama's idea and remove that virus quickly.Jeez this project is really lost.
