You mean when using your mouse to look around, it does nothing?

That's always a bug.It happens to me when I'm fighting or I just died.Just go to options then to camra and fix it.Did that help?

Oh. Yeah, when you're locked on to someone and you die or sometimes when they die, your camera will get stuck in that position.
Just go to camera settings and adjust it manually
