There are three active now. (WS) 1 and (WS) 2 and some other addon server.

Question. When I boot up my ZEQ2, I don't see any servers that I can join. Why is that?

Maybe because you didn't download the server update?

Ah, simple fix.... 
Just a small command in the console..
sv_master1 master.ioquake3.org
ENTER
Then, if you hit refresh on your server browser, the games in progress will show up again.

What you can also do is use "connect" Command in the Console and use the ip addresses of the respective server
Stealth and NL are both up and running.
