It's his tiny neck, tiny waist and shoulders and huge head that make him look puny and weak.
He is also tends to be a bit taller in the Buu saga. Also his neck and shoulders are at their thickest in this saga.
And for the face, it looks like you're using this ref. And that's probably the worst you could find.

These are the off state colors for Gogeta.
The head is better but needs more detail in polygons.
The pants need a lot more detail in folds. Gogeta and Super Buu had the most folded pants in all of Dragon Ball Z.

okay if is the sound the nuisance I have an idea .. a different sound will save the prolem..
sound more lower whe there isn't boost ...in dragonball anyway the Super Saiyan aura have almost always that sound..but sometimes is different (lower)..

Bardock rescaled ,retextured ..same size of Goku now in quality now is much better than before..
the white lines on the shoes precise,more details in the textures, better face..
haven't the band in his front.. there is toma still alive and he have that band on the arm... 
anyway if you want the blood band on his front I can put very fast..
I can't separate this sorry..but is good too..and will be the final version of the F3..

yes vlad but his tags are opposed in the upper... so I can't use that upper with Goku legs.. and require too much work..
and think to the percent.. with Goku legs will have not good belt and ankle pads.. 
I think that the real Gogeta will be modelled
not for the f3 but for the SVN

Nice touch with the highlights on the orange parts, you could do this on the black parts too. And I would suggest making the grey part of the black a lot thinner in the celshades.
