I have A problem with cmd . I create my own server and I go for cmds (ex:/s+Tab) ,I see them and I try to edit :
/sl_**** = "?"
and nothing hapens . Can someone tell me how to do and I see players who can do fast attacks and more and I want to know

Hmm I don't think I understood your question. What do you want to edit? What command would you like to apply? And What do you mean by fast attacks?
When you create a server, do you use the ZEQ2dedicated.bat or do you create it ingame?

I create in game and I want to make the server faster with attacks making fast ,more Hp ,and one player invincible.
I know If I create ingame it will appear at Local but I have players to play.

Not sure if I'm reading your issue correctly, and I could be wrong(And Brad will likely correct me if I am, since I'm not 100% positive), but I don't think those specific commands are setup currently, so of course they're not going to do anything.

SOME of what you mentioned can be accomplished with : timescale 2Higher timescale's beyond 1.0 won't play nicely for the clients though.
