Anyone can help me with my new video card.I just bought it a week ago and it is an ATI Radeon hd 5450 1gb but it doesn't fit in my pc.My pc is a Pentium 4....pretty old and it has got a video card slot but it doesn't work right.....It needs a pci slot but I have a AGP slot..Can I fit it or I should wait when I get my new sophisticated pc?

I guess, I mean I had to give my pc to the local store to get the video card to work, its a pain in the buttocks and if you can't do it just get a new pc

alishan , the pc you have is pretty much outdated by many years , if you can afford please buy a decent pc.
AGP8x is an old technology and not in use any more , you need a mother board with a pci-e 2.0 SLOT

so I am planing to buy a core 2 duo,4gb ram,4 ghz,320 gb,and to insert may card so you mean that a pci slot will come with a newer pc such as a dual core and core 2 duo or i3.

Just buy a new motherboard. Much cheaper than buying an entirely new PC.
It ain't that hard to switch it out, but make sure *all* your hardware is compatible, or you might ruin some components.
