if anything, when you add the program make sure you check mark it and then click okay
edit: if the .exe file is blocked (for some what the heck reason) then your going to have to explain what happens when you try to turn off firewall for it

ZEQ2.exe is Allowed in my firewall.
it still blocs something of the game as no one can connect if the firewall is on. 
I am using ESET Smart Security.
Please help.
