How long were you in church? Around here in Belgium they usually don't take much more than an hour. Haven't been in a church for 10 years though.

and then at 5 pm in the afternoon
but only on sundays
and its only 2 hours

Well here in America, well a baptist church in New York anyway, lasts....for hours. I went there at 9am, didn't get home until 1pm.

From 9-10 greatest adventure stories Hour (basically Sunday school for all age groups). 2nd hour, SINGING!!!! One person talks event around the church for 10 minutes. Prayer requests, about 5 minutes. Collection (of course). Then the Pastor preaches the rest of the time. Then the closing prayer where everyone is in the spirit, AND IT LASTS FOREVER.

Don't forget, the women ALWAYS talk for another 30-45 minutes after that. Worst part, because you are just sitting around waiting for you girl, wife, or MOTHER to shut the front door and get moving. -_-
