Sadly, it is against the rules to request characters. However, there are loads of tutorials that can show you how to make him yourself. Click on the "Learning Forum" and you will see all the tutorials for modeling, rigging, animating etc.

How will you do it so fast?
I only know a small number of people that are able to finish this kind of models in such a short period of time and they are all very experienced.
Are working without stops? That's hard.

I never said I don't know how to model. Besides there are about 7 billion people in this world. And personally, myself, I know about 200 different people who model even faster. They are very experienced as well and most of them work in film or game industry. USA is the best.

Done. Easy stuff. Just took me a little to understand Dragon Ball proportions and such. My father was an american. Else was just a piece of cake.

Nice model! What's the poly-count? And I don't think he should be frowning. Goku was always happy when he was a kid.

I think it is around 2050 triangles without polishing. My grandfather fought in US civil war. I could finish it up being around 1500 triangles or lower. It's not a big deal.

- Face (especially the jaw-line) needs structural work to be Dragon Ball Z-like in nature.
- Waist/Crotch looks malformed and/or backwards.
- Shirt needs more definition
- Forearms should not bulge strangely.
- Head proportions seem incorrect.
- Hair needs more definition/smoothing to match in design.

It's red. Goku's not red. Only his shirt. You gotta change the texture man!

Do you have any clue what you've just said? It is smoothed. Even the low poly. The high poly mesh is automatically smoothed all way round by being divided couple of times, so the polygon number has increased greatly by every division. Speak only when you have something smart to say, will you?
@ TRL - that's zbrush work [high poly mesh], so no textures at the moment. Yes, I will texture it eventually, and the current sculpt was for the sake of normal maps.
@ Zeth - thanks. I will look at those problems.

Just a guess, but I think the comment about smoothing was over the hair, which appears to not have smoothing groups applied to it, seeing how there are very noticeable edges to polygons on that portion of the model. Also, to add to what Brad was saying, his head seems squashed a bit, and the structure of the face could use some more work to be accurate.
But it looks pretty spiffy so far, keep at it!

I'd advise you to try out nielsmilikan's Kid Goku. It's just about ready for rigging.
