Could you like enable to preview all tiers in the main menu screen or in the character select screen by press page up and page down?
And how about teaching the addon makers how to upload their addons via svn  I mean on their own svn

For a SVN you need your own host. And that's not free. ;P

There are some free hosts and if you have connections you can get a free host *intense laughter*. maybe Zeth has so much free space he gives the addon makers a couple of MBs

It's not necessarily Brad's to give, I mean he wasn't the single person to pay for the site and SVN staying up.
And I'm sure that those "connections" wouldn't give you a quality or lasting "free host."
They've gotta pay for the usage somehow.

Who are you asking this to? You'll need to find an active programmer (or take upon the task yourself) to make it happen. First and foremost you'll need a mockup design of the presentation/layout of it.
And how about teaching the addon makers how to upload their addons via svn I mean on their own svn
Presently, users to the SVN have to be manually added. Any user who feels they can contribute and has proven their worth in terms of quality/commitment in some area of development will pretty much always be guaranteed a spot in this regard.
There's always forum attachments or moddb for anything else that may not be quite up to SVN par.
