open ZEQ2 and go to setup.find bloom quality in general.
ZEQ2>setup>general>bloom quality.
Change it to low
also on system
ZEQ2>setup>system>texture detail
Try to make it at the middle

Try reinstalling the game. You may have altered something in the settings that weren't meant to be changed.
Also, make sure you have plenty of RAM if you try to use higher quality settings.
