Called it years ago. In fact I've been pretty close to predicting most of the big revelations of this arc, which I'm pleased about.
Spoilers below
It was obvious Tobi was Obito from as the moment he was shown with a sharingan, maybe earlier, which made me also guess Kakashis mangekyou ability and Tobis were linked. One of my theories was that he was rescued from the boulder by Madara and taught about the sharingan and uchihas past by him, which was basically true. I guessed Madara was in the coffin which Kabuto used to scare Tobi. I assumed Kakashi was responsible for Rins death and by why Obito turned evil, but to be honest I didn't think Kakashi would be the one who killed her. I didn't see the Snake Sage bit with Kabuto coming, but it made sense when it happened. When Tobi complained about Pain using the revival justu saying something like "that was meant to be used for my plan", I guessed that would be to revive Madara. I also didn't see Sasuke reviving Orochimaru, but I did guess Orochimaru would return due to Kabuto grafting his DNA and chakra on him.
Overall, quite predictable in the end. Not that I'm complaining, it's well done and doing anything else would not have made much sense. I reckon after the war and the Obito/Madara arc is done, the final arc will be focussed on Sasuke and Orochimaru once again, as it's the obvious progression.

Good question. My friends on Xbox Live said the same thing. The only probable answer is that he forgot Kakashi lying there and didn't kill him or they might explain it in the new chapter.
