I have to agree with TRL here. I mean, we can't get on one person's case for doing it and not another. It'd be a double-standard, and I dislike those. Please don't release this stuff here. I like to think of you as someone with some integrity, and I believe I'm right. This just isn't good for ZEQ2-Lite, and even if legal repercussions are unlikely, it certainly raises the percentage of likelihood.

I can't stop you, that's for sure. But I think if you take a look at what the right thing to do here is, you'll stop for yourself.

And shame on you guys that cheer any of this stuff on. You guys are just as bad, and if I had it my way, would receive any penalties that people who release this stuff would. Way to kill my motivation here!

You're totally right. It's just a game. It's not even that. But I don't wanna see it get shut down due to an over simplified mindset in this cesspool of an addon making forum. There isn't a person here worth keeping around if their actions move us toward getting shut down. Those worth keeping around won't move us in that direction. So in that regard, it's hard to "take it easy" because I care about this project, and when you actually care about something, you don't want to see lacking mistakes made that cause it to get cut down. And this would be a lacking mistake.

PMing someone this stuff is something I can't stop you from, nor do I want to, and I can imagine why you want to approach things this way. It's easy, and I understand that, since effort around here takes place 99% of the time between about 12 people and the other 1% is divided amongst the rest of the community (myself included).

I just don't see why this can't be taken somewhere besides this site. I'd also ask you to remove the pictures, and post this stuff somewhere else, where you'd be the only person responsible for it (not this community) if you're going to go this direction.

This isn't an attack, I'm just asking you to think about it rationally, and about what the consequences could be. I'm hoping I can remove myself from this thread after this, because I haven't made a single point that won't stand on its own.

A high five wouldn't be prudent, since many people have done this before and didn't get a high five. Banning, as you guys know, is only a last resort used around these forums. Although, some action has to be taken. So, AnTy, don't post any illegal things anywhere on the forums. You of all people should know better. ANY illegal content is forbidden, so that includes pictures too. Skatter is absolutely correct. Even if the chances of this project getting shut down because of it minimal, this sort of thing would increase those chances a bit. And that's a risk we can't take.

You are always free to rig and play at your house .. but the fact is that you can't show here download, photos and links with business objects COPYRIGHT ,registered brand , trust me is really important not tempting challenge fate, or rather,SONY, BANDAINamco, ATARI, FUNIMATION, BIRTHSTUDIO etc. all the Lloyds ....

nah I`m just saying people change and people do mistakes like anyone I have done mistakes in life too and you did too don`t deny it but what I`m trying to say here is that you should not high five anyone on a rash

This reads like a challenge to me. I hope that's just language barriers and not a challenge. If it's a challenge, someone better drop the hammer. I'm all for neutrality, but this is ridiculous. Like, everything about what's happening here in this thread. The fact that it's lasted long enough for me to type this out is ridiculous.

We're always one Cease and Desist order away from being shut down. Mistakes like this could cost some people EVERYTHING they've worked on here.

I realize you don't care about that, and that's fine. But I care about more than myself. I care about this community. I don't want to see it get shut down. It's not about this community being my life, because I have plenty of one outside of this. It's not just about the game, because I've made good friends here. It's not just about the community, either. Plenty of people have used this community to start building toward a career. Developing interests they might not have known they had otherwise.

So write this off. I know you don't care. But none of the people who've tried to release ripped models have been worth keeping around when measured against the risks involved. As bad as I wish I didn't have to say it(more ridiculousness) you fall in with them as far as I'm concerned if you keep going this route.

So please, gentlemen, ninjas, whatever and wherever you are, let it fall.

It seems as if the 'JOKER' infiltrated anty's mind... the community had to witness the fall of its own hero... still I'd like to play zeq2lite with commercial characters once, they definetely are more 'polished'.
