Why should I? I am unable to open the file because I do not own the right software to open that file, so downloading it would be pretty lacking do not you think?
Anyway I already made a cape model and texture from scratch.

OH loving stuff awesome ham it I have no luck at all. *intense laughter*
I had the cape split into 2 models red and blue and now I made the cape better, the mesh, like wider because you can see in the anime refs that the cape is bigger and now I made the red and blue part as one mesh and I don't have the separated model anymore and I have to redo the uv and the texture and its all loved up, so that means more hard work for me, gotta separate again, and the cape is high poly and its going to be a pain in the buttocks.
Well, wish me luck!
Okay, good luck I'm talented ) just kidding.
Anyway the cape problem has been solved now.

Close Up
If you don't have the outline fully encasing the face, it's going to look pretty strange (as it does right now). Nail the ears for bonus points. Tweak the vertices depth or, if using fatboy outlines, tweak the smoothing groups and separation of ears.
