Looks like an Android port of Quake 3 with ZEQ2-lite ran as a mod. Since it's relying on the vanilla Quake 3 engine, you won't really have any of the features of our engine changes (such as rendering code, network code, etc). Basically, it's not going to be functional ingame without adapting those changes.

There can't be a mobile version.Mobile can only read minor java code but not c or any of advanced languages.I mean china or symbian 20-40 or samsung's personel.....I mean j2.0 devices.

MIPS/ARM architecture isn't language-restricted. That would be rather silly. Just because some of the standard mobile operating systems out there use Java as a foundation hardly means it's the only language option.
does it actually run though? as in "INGAME PLAY?"
As I've already explained, it will not until my above points are addressed.
